SPA (airline representative) was created in April 2000. SPA has set up a team including air transport specialists for the account of six carriers who want a strong commercial presence on the French market, while limiting their sales and marketing costs. SPA was the French GSA for Spanair, the first Spanish private airline, from April 2000 to April 2003. In 2002, France was the 1st off-line European market of the company. SPA used to be the French representative for EAST AFRICAN SAFARI AIR from May 2003 to September 2004. SPA is a commercial tool dedicated to airlines. Because they want to minimize their marketing costs, some airlines prefer to focus their forces on their own countries and delegate their distribution & marketing on other territories to local professionals who deeply know their market.
