How
we work :
- The sales agents work for several airline(s). They answer phone
calls or e-mails. They issue tickets and invoices. They use
several CRS and speak several languages.
- The product managers are responsible for the turnover and
the distribution of the airline they are in charge of : marketing
studies, mailings, trade shows, reservation and commercial operations.
Your
features :
- Rigour : each sale, each communication is made respecting
each airline's standard scrupulously.
- Flexibility and service to the client : we focus on satisfying
each passenger and travel agent we serve.
- Taste for contact and sale. Our role : to welcome passengers
and travel agents, to inform them, to reassure them, to convince
them and to develop their loyalty.
Your
skills :
- You can use Word, Excel, and at least one GDS
- You speak at least two european languages fluently
- You have an excellent diction
- You like taking up new challenges everyday
Your

- You want to work in a small dynamic and efficient team
- You want to strengthen your knowledge and get new skills
- You want to involve yourself in the marketing of air services
