BRUNEI AIRLINES

Royal
Brunei Airlines has decided to consolidate its
sales and marketing network in Europe and has appointed
to that end several GSA in Southern Europe (France,
Italy, Portugal and Spain). SPA was contracted since
March 1st for the representation of RBA in France.
RBA is the first Asian carrier SPA works for.
The
airline flies daily between London and Bandar
Seri Begawan via Dubai (connections are possible
with BMI flights from Paris CDG and Nice) and
operates 4 weekly flights between Francfort and
Bandar Seri Begawan via Bangkok.
Royal
Brunei Airlines flies to 21 cities within Europe,
Middle-East, Asia and Australasia.

New
contract : GERMANWINGS
|
|
Germanwings,
first German low-cost carrier appointed SPA as
its GSA for France since April 6th. Germanwings
operates a large network within Europe from its
Cologne/Bonn, Stuttgart and Berlin bases.
The
airline flies twice a day between Cologne
& Paris CDG and once a day between
Cologne & Nice. In addition, SPA
will cover an important market in Eastern France,
Strasbourg being 150 kilometers far only from
Stuttgart, and will allow to consolidate
Germanwings 17 routes from/to Stuttgart.

New staff :
Guillaume
Garet
|
|
Guillaume GARET, 27 years old, is joining SPA as
the marketing and sales executive for both Germanwings
and Royal Brunei Airlines.
Guillaume has a strong knowledge of marketing as he
used to be a marketing executive for an insurance company.
He is furthermore a confirmed sales man thanks especially
to his last position as the sales representative in
Europe for a resort in Senegal. Guillaume speaks French
and English.

AVIANCA :
new
route, new logo, new fares

Avianca is increasing its capacity between
Europe and Colombia : Avianca will launch a seasonal
direct service between Madrid and Cali
from June 15th to August 30th, in addition of
its daily Madrid-Bogota flight.
- Avianca is launching special "private
fares" for some selected distributors between
France and Colombia.
- Avianca has changed its graphic chart
for a modernized brand image, with a new
logo and a new aircraft painting.

CITY AIRLINE :
new routes, new aircrafts

Since January 1st, City Airline fleet has
doubled from 3 to 6 Embraer aircrafts.
- Within three months only, City Airline
opened direct services between Gothenburg and
Zurich (Jan 31st), Gothenburg and Tallin
(March 21st) and Gothenburg and Budapest
(March 28th). Tallin flights connect with Lyon/Gothenburg
services, allowing the implementation of tour-operators
products to Estonia from Lyon
- Giant famtrip : Between January and March,
60 Lyon travel agents (and 60 companions) visited
Gothenburg for a week-end. In collaboration with
Gothia Towers 4* hotel and Gothenburg Tourist
Board, they had the chance to enjoy a fabulous
week-end for 150 € taxes included, with City
Airline return tickets, 2 nights & breakfasts
at Gothia and Gothenburg city cards.

LLOYD AEREO BOLIVIANO :
new
weekly frequency between Europe and Bolivia
|
|
In addition to its Tuesday/Monday flight betwwen
Madrid and Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Lloyd Aereo Boliviano
will launch a second service on the route between
June 14th and October 20th.
The flight will operate from Madrid on Fridays and from
Bolivia on Thursdays. According to the results of this
flight, this second frequency may be scheduled all year
long.
